  • The membrane is 100% pure titanium; this includes the active layer. Other metallic membranes use ceramic coatings
  • The membrane comes in a range of diameters from 2.5mm / 0.0984” up to 10mm / 0.394” in one continuous length 1360mm.
  • Typical metallic membranes have short lengths welded together; the welded zone is a high corrosion area.
  • It has a very thin wall thickness of 0.35mm.  Metallic membranes have wall thicknesses of around 1.5mm
  • Titanium weight to strength is the strongest metal known
  • Titanium is corrosion resistant to chlorine
  • It is corrosive resistant and can handle full PH range from 0 – 14
