Our History

Commencing operations in 2005, PFi has grown from a specialist engineering workshop into one of Australia’s most capable full-service industrial engineering partners. Based in Darra, Queensland, our 1,100m² facility houses a skilled team of mechanical and electrical engineers, fabricators, automation specialists, and project managers — all working under one roof to deliver integrated solutions that larger, siloed contractors simply can’t match.

We’ve built our reputation project by project, working with some of Australia’s most recognised manufacturers and industrial operators. From automating a cattle forcing pen for a tight three-weekend window, to condemning and replacing 28-metre chimney stacks for Kraft Golden Circle, to commissioning a robotic breakout line for James Hardie — every job gets the same level of care and commitment, regardless of scale.
